I’ m Samantha, but I’d be grateful if you’d call me Sam. I’m pretty much addicted to writing – hours of obsessive plotting and character design in a thirteen-year-old mind will do that to you. I’ve been mistaken for older, but yes, I am thirteen. I just don’t look the part. ;)I love learning about generally anything; religion, politics, language, and neurology are some of my favorite subjects. I’m a huge YouTuber, and though I’m not popular, I’m an enormus fan of Sxephil, Collegehumor, and many more. Show me anything from Smosh or the likes and I’ll quote it in seconds. I don’t watch much TV, but most of what I do watch is comprised of Family Guy, Vampire Diaries, Fringe, Heroes, CSI, L&O, and my guilty pleasure, The Secret Life (hey, what can I say? I am a teenager.) I’m the biggest fan of the NY Yankees you’ll ever meet – and therefore the greatest Boston-hater you’ve ever seen. I love reading because, let’s face it, what writer doesn’t? Some of my faves include the Harry Potter, Twilight, Mortal Instruments, Wicked Lovely, and Uglies series. And Dan Brown’s amazing book Angels & Demons – it’s probably my favorite book ever.
As music is a huge part of my life, I'll devote an entire paragraph to it – but don’t let that lead you into thinking I have musical talent. No, I’m more of an observe-from-the-sidelines type when it comes to music (even though I’ m in a chorus. Whatevs. :3) Music is extremely important to me, though – Superchick’s Stand In The Rain and just about every LP song has helped me through hard times; The Who’s Baba O’Riley always makes me smile; and Coldplay’s Fix You makes me cry every time. I enjoy mostly Disney Channel crap rock, alt. rock, pop, and R&B. Some of my favorite artists are Linkin Park, Coldplay, P!nk, Paramore, Peter Gabriel, U2, Avril Lavigne, Green Day, The Who, Angels & Airwaves, and Tokio Hotel. In that order.

Yeah. I’m a Gemini, an Atheist, a perfectionist, and a totally unique, cynical-and-yet-crazy girl. I’m writing my own series – one that’s been my proudest and most amazing achievement to date. That’s all you’ll ever need to know about Sam, the next big thing.
